Following the client’s wishes, our designers took a new approach to country living with a modern twist on a classic country house dining room concept. Their idea was to create a comfortable and stylish space with a hint of country flair, but free of any conventional shabby chic elements. Consequently, the room’s atmosphere boasts modern sophistication while maintaining the traditional country feel.
The room was a part of a half-open living area suited for family meals. Opting for a less formal approach to dining put an emphasis on intimacy, conveying an appropriate atmosphere. By incorporating a warm palette of nature-inspired shades and combining it with textured materials, the designers set the overall tone of the space. The decorative vertical elements raised one focal point towards the high ceiling, creating a sense of spaciousness.
