When the client came to us, she knew what she was looking for: A contemporary cozy living room with a fireplace, equipped with a convenient solution to store & display her books. Drawn to the serenity of a natural, earthy color palette, she wanted us to employ warm shades of cream and beige to make the room feel cordial and inviting. Our designers worked closely with the client, curating the ideal furniture and accessories in order to convey the right flair.
A welcoming space achieved as a result felt grounded and serene. We love how the simplicity of the wooden libraries in the wall niches rendered a touch of sophistication. At the same time, the decor added just the right amount of personality. Comfortable sectional sofa and chairs functionally grounded the arrangement with a welcoming, conversation-friendly layout, immersed in daylight from a nearby floor-to-ceiling window.
The fireplace is the non-imposing star of this cozy contemporary living room. Its sleek lines and simple design were equally juxtaposed and complemented at the same time by the oversized wall art.
